Tuesdays, 7 – 9 pm, February 19 – April 2, culminating in a Shakespeare Share, Tuesday, April 2 An eight week acting workshop with ARTFARM Artistic Director Marcella Trowbridge. Known
as both an exceptional performer of Shakespeare and a peerless acting
coach, Marcella will lead participants in an intensive exploration of
Shakespeare from the actors’ point of view. The work will involve text
analysis, emotional literacy, voice and breath, physical training,
improvisation and play. Actors will work alone and together on couplets,
monologues and scenes. 18 and over only. is an “ARTFARM at MxCC” event, but it is not part of MxCC’s course
offerings. Middlesex Community College is generously providing the space
for this ARTFARM Shakespeare Acting Laboratory as part of the
“Shakespeare on Campus, 2013” initiative. “Shakespeare on Campus, 2013”
is a 6 month partnership between ARTFARM and MxCC, which will culminate
in the Shakespeare in the Grove production of “Much Ado About Nothing”
